I bought a used 2005 3D and took it out last weekend. It started great and ran great. I bought a new battery for it right before I took it out. I noticed it was taking in a lot of water so we pulled it out and emptied the water from the hull. It was 3/4 full! Now it won't start. How do I get the water out of the engine? If I dry it and it still doesn't start, what else should I look for? I read other threads about all the issues with it taking in water so I will attempt to seal all the possible holes but I need to get it started again an hope I don't have to take it to the shop.
Also, Where can I find the starter? Thanks!

You probably have water in the lower end, I had this happen recently on a XP.

I tried to start it for two days, and finally turned it upside-down with the plugs out and pushed the starter button.

Started in 5 seconds after that.

Good Luck.

make sure you pull the plugs out when you crank it and check all of your water hoses for leaks like the exaust water box
