Air silencer issues 2000 xp please help!!!

It seems there is some water around the holes to go on the carbs, its been taken apart for sometime due to a new top end being put in, just wondering if i should be worried about water being in this air silencer.

Yea you should worry about it , it will be sucked into the carbs and then to the cylinders and crankcase as soon as you try to start the engine, and you might be looking for another top end and bottom end.
