I have a 2000 sea doo gti 2 stroke 720 motorkeep getting air bubbles in the fuel lines replaced the water separator and checked all my fuel lines still don't know why I'm getting that. will run for a bit then shut off and won't start up for a while what else can be my problem

Yes, the lines are 1/4”. How do you know you’re getting air bubbles? If you have an inline filter and you’re seeing the air bubbles in it, get rid of the filter. They’re another likely source of leaks themselves...

I have clear fuel lines and can see them.so get rid or the water separator. I just put a new filter and gasket in

No, the factory water separator is fine and works well. You just don’t want to add an additional inline filter...

I dont have one. All the lines clear and gray ones have ring clamps on them I guess maybe fact

Well if you still have grey fuel lines, you need to go back and change them. You’ll also need to rebuild the carbs with genuine Mikuni parts. The grey lines are not ethanol compatible and break down into a green goo that causes all kinds of problems...
