air cleaner clips

I can't get the end clips on the the air cleaner cover. The other ones went on fairly easy. Is there a trick or is it just a pain to get the end ones on?

The air box tends to warp over time and causes this issue. There's no real trick to it, some of them just take a good bit of force

Pinch it together with a pair of channel locks to get it started so it'll slide on easier.
