Adding trim to 96 sportster

I was curious if anyone has added trim to there seadoo boat that originally never came with. I have a 96 sportster that I was thinking of upgrading with trim from a challenger. I have all the levers and cables and can pick up the whole jet pump ect from too. It looks like I can just unbolt the end piece with the steering swivel and bolt it on mine the just have to drill a hole through the hull for the trim cable. Has anyone done this before and would it be a worthwhile mod?Thanks

There have been two - three that have installed them and like it. reduces porposing.

I'm more looking into swaping the back half of the jet assembly with one that has the trim on already. They look like a direct swap and I have all the levers and cables that go with it too.
