99 xp limited vts housing module

do you have to change the complete housing ? all it does is click motor moves when taken out and hooked to battery assuming this is the problem Thank you

The 7.5 amp VTS fuse located in the skis' main module is probably blown (yes, you will still hear a clicking noise if this fuse is blown). If this fuse blows after being replaced then either a harness is pinched or the VTS module is bad.

P.S. Also make sure the nozzle pivots and linkage on the outside of the ski are not binding. Any kind of binding will cause the motor to draw too many amps and blow the fuse.
