98 sea doo GTI runs but acts like wear ring bad.

So I had a fuel problem earlier but got it fixed. Went to water test other ski and it would not come out of the hole. Reved high like a bad wear ring and changed it out, wasn't terrible but it had a little gap. Put ski back in water and still acts the same. I started inspecting and all motor mounts broken and I can pick motor up. Would this have the same effect as a bad wear ring or do I have yet another problem?

If all the mounts are broken, you likely stripped out the splines on the drive shaft. Pull the pump again, check the driveshaft ends, get replacement motor mounts and do a solid alignment if the engine moved around like that.....
