97 xp fouled plugs

Quick question guys. I took my seadoos out yesterday we rode for about 3 hours. With breaks in between and then went to leave to come home and the 97 xp wouldn't start. I pulled the plugs and they were dark and wet. Swapped to new plugs and started right up? I'm guessing I need to slightly adjust my carbs. Any help would be appreciated

You could be rich BUT normally once they are set, they dont need to be touched. How does your oil injection pump adjustment marks look? If the 2 lines on the pump are not lined up you could be running too much oil.
