97 XP 787 water pressure regulator clamp

Where can I get this or can I use a zip ty? In the picture I attached is where it goes. I been rebuilding this thing for a year ( along with all my other 100 projects lol) and was going to put in the river tomorrow, but decided to check this and glad I did. Previous owner put some other model on it and I had a spare to put correct one but clamp is disintegrated to nothing. Except for this clamp everything is cool, and don't see need or want to pay the$ for a used assembly let alone a new one.. what are my options? Where can I just buy the clamp? Zip ty sufficient? After rebuild I ran it in driveway without water and glad I didn't. Ran ok, idles funny... boat ramp 1 block away, so was just going to put it in.

Little cable ties work. Just when you clip it make sure they're is nothing sharp left over.

Awesome, thanks! I did find something on a search that said about rounding off corners, but was only thing I found your reply makes me go for it! Needed to hear it more than once lol....

I like to use a couple wraps of stainless steel safety wire.
