97 SPX was running great after carb internal filters cleaned. Last time out, it was hard to start. Once started, it ran fine until it shut down running full throttle. Switched to reserve since it was late in the day and about time for that. Would not start. Pulled it in and discovered the rear spark plug looks like this.

Would running a can of Seaform burn the plug this way? Any other ideas what would foul a relatively new plug this way?

Ug oh...

Front compression is 150.

Rear compresssion barely moves off zero.

Shop manual suggests stuck/broken ring or hole in the piston.

What is likely given your real world experience?

I have basic mechanical skills, but I'm a novice. What am I looking at here to fix and find root cause?
