Can you give a little more information? Does the motor take the gas and rev up but the ski cavitates and will just not go? Have you noticed cavitation upon initial takeoff in the past?
Have you checked the inlet on the bottom side to insure nothing is clogging the water flow or wrapped around the shaft of the impeller?
