97' GTX 951 Bog...

Just picked up a 1997 GTX 951. It was sitting on the side of someones house with the head off and 1/2 motor taken apart. I put a new top end on it w/ a WSM top end kit 1mm over and had cylinder bored at local machine shop.. Trimmed rave valves (a little more than the recommended .015). Sucked (bad) old gas out , filled w/ new and hit the start button and she fired right up!! Only 45 hrs on ski! Question is...it runs great just has a low end bog. Like no power from 1500-5000 rpms. After 5000 rpm it's a rocket all the way up to 60 mph! Tried adjusting low speed needle (a little) and no difference. I inspected 1 of the carburetors when i had the engine out and it seemed fine so i left the other one alone. Starts right up and runs great at high rpm! Please help!

Clean carbs and selector valve/replace all fuel lines. Mine had a low end hesitation, and the accelerator pump was clogged.
