My 1997 gts just shut off last year after about 5 minutes running in the water. I had replaced the starter spark plugs battery and solenoid just the week before. Now, this year I’m trying to get it running again. No crank no start, 5 amp fuse blows when you connect the battery, and I jumped the solenoid with a screwdriver and the motor cranked for a fraction of a second. Could it be the solenoid? Something else? Any help appreciated, thank you.
