97 GTI issue

I have 2 97 Seadoo GTI. One of them will crank over once. Then one beep no crank. Does this everyday. No beeps when putting the key on. New batteries in both. Any suggestions? These are my first ski's. Both ran great last year.

Was also wondering if it had something to do with my dess or key. Would I be able to switch them over to see if that's the problem?
