'97 cockpit light out

I have one cockpit light under the passenger seat on a 97 challenger 1800 that is not functioning. I tried to find a way to access the bulb but came up short. I tried to gently pry it and that didnt work. Can any of you give me an idea as to how to change this bulb? I looked in the manual and could not find any thing about it other than how to turn it on .
