I've had similiar problems with my GSX's. Not saying this is your problem, but something I've stumbled on in the past. Take the mesh fuel filter/water separator out and fill it with water and see if the mesh filter holds water, it may seem to allow gas through but holds water indicating the mesh screen is partially blocked. Soak it in some Super CLean or blue dawn dish soap and it won't hold water anymore and see if that clears up the bogging. It's been my problem a few times after the ski sits for awhile and the gas gets a little old. Only takes 10 minutes and doesn't cost anything to try

I replaced the filters when I went over botj my skis. In my thread on the other, which is only cutting out at WOT, someone suggested that I bypass the selector and the filter and run a fuel line directly from RES on the tank to the mag carb inlet.

I'm going to give that a try and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion.
