Hey guys. I have a 96 SPX, currently experiencing some performance issues

- slow acceleration under load, usually when doing hard turns or taking off. When I pull the ski out of a turn or during take off, it takes a few seconds until it hits the powerband, usually when it gets on plane

- sometimes hard to start, have to use starter for a long time using no gas and no choke until it starts. Then usually it’ll start fine after, even more reliably after running at higher speed

- sometimes wont idle without dying, usually after experiencing the starting issues

I use a cheaper quality compression tester that was reading 120 on the forward cylinder and 130 on the aft cylinder. I experience the same symptoms after replacing the spark plugs. However, if I stay higher in RPMs and no hard maneuvering it runs great and throttle is snappy. It’s only on lower rpms/takeoff that I notice the sluggishness

Any ideas? Thank you!

I would test compression with another gauge.
Fully charged battery and throttle held wide open when testing.
