96 SPX Low Voltage / No start

So I diagnosed a bad rectifier replaced it and changed the starter solenoid, now the ski doesn't want to start, it cranks and display a low voltage light. Need help did i maybe hook up a ground or wire wrong? battery is good. new rebuild on carb and motor.

Is the battery at 12.6 V?,,if yes,,,do a "load" test.,,,it should be 12.6 to 12.7V?..

I did a load test, I was getting lower voltage. I took it to the place I bought it and they said the battery is good. Even though it dropped to 8v at one point.

It should not be dropping to 8 volts.
