96 SPX bogging down

A little back story. Went on vacation in Florida with the jet skis may 2019. Wife is on her 96 SPX, all is well. Then out of the blue, won't go past 3/4 throttle. Got home from vacation replaced grey fuel lines, fuel selector valve, fuel/water separator assembly and rebuilt carbs with mikuni kits including needle and seat. Had a bunch of electrical issues, new MPEM, new ground wire, new kill switch, new battery and new starter relay. Found the tuned pipe leaking water, so that's got all new Welch plugs welded in. Finally took it out yesterday after 4 weeks of working on it, IT STILL BOGS DOWN, around half throttle now. Goes about 28mph next to my GP800. I messed with it some pulling the choke and that woke it up. What am I missing here. I really need this ski running right by Thursday. Please help!!!

The first thing I would do is go back through the internal transition ports and clean them again. I know you’ve already rebuilt the carbs, but it’s really easy to leave some crud in those tight spaces and not realize it...

That was my plan. Just wanted to see what somebody would do. I think it's going to be one jet or one port that I missed and it'll be all good. I'll let you know by the 4th. Going to tear down and clean again tomorrow.
