96 GTX Running Lean on PTO Cylinder

Hi all,

I put my 96 GTX on the water for the first time this year and the PTO cylinder is running lean. I always start the year off with a new set of plugs and immediately check them after a short ride. The mag side is nice but the PTO side is white. I could even tell when I was removing the plugs that the PTO side was considerably hotter to handle. I rebuilt the carbs and replaced all fuel lines, filters, and fuel selector switch a couple years ago. If the problem is limited to one cylinder, should I focus on things specific to that cylinder like the carburetor? Or, is it possible a faulty fuel selector switch can be causing just the PTO cylinder to be lean?

Thanks in advance for the help!
Don.
