I have a 96 gtx that is hydrolocked from sitting. It will not crank with plugs in. I have been cranking without plugs with full throttle for 3 days trying to get oil out of crank and cylinders. What a mess. It still will not crank with plugs in. I have searched this site and others for answers and did some of the recommendations to no avail. Any more suggestions to get her started? I also have the oil line to the crank temporarily pinched to keep more oil from entering until started

Partially block the open spark plug holes while cranking with your fingers or a rag. Need to create some vacuum and pressure inside the cylinders to clear the cases out. Also you may first need to remove the crank case drain plugs. Not sure where they are located on your motor but typically they are just below the rotary valve. There will be two one in each crank chamber and they are internal hex plugs.

Thanks. I have been covering the spark plug holes as well to increase vacuum. I guess I will try crank drains. Do carbs need to be removed to access or just air cleaner

You can try dumping some gas down the carbs to help wash the oil out.
If you have some friends put the ski on its side with the carbs down and the majority will drain out.
