96 GTS losing power after starting

My 96 gts has every electrical compenent replaced, a new engine. basically new everything, but i can’t get it to run. I have it to the point where it will start but will stop running shortly after and won’t crank again. the buzzer stops beeping when the key is taken in and out and the only way to fix this is taking the 5A fuse out of the mpem and put it back, not replace it just reconnect it. it will also do this if cranking for a while and it kicks out before starting

Are all the parts OEM? Electrical aftermarket parts are not reliable.
I would start with a compression check, spark check, and verify you are getting gas reliably (IE take hose going to carb from gas tank, put it in a container of gas and see if you still can run for any amount of time)
Next start checking the electronics you replaced!

i solved the issue since posting, i had to disconnect the rev limiter, it runs perfect now, but the kill switch doesn’t work since the rev limiter wire is disconnected
