I'm currently rebuilding the starter for a 787.
This is the OEM denso starter but i don't know if it was visited before and I'm suspicious about thrust washer.
the parts diagram shows a thrust washer on the comutator side. so did some video i found on same model rebuild. mine doesn't had one in it.
however it have a washer on the bendix side.
seing the dimmension of the washer i believe this one still goes on the bendix side but I'm concerned about the lack of washer on the other side.
did any of you have pictures of same starter parts or info about this washer?
any help would be much appreciated.
