95 XP 800 Drive Shaft Bearing Gets Boiling HOT

I have A 95 XP 800 I just rebuilt the motor put it back in and Aligned it with the alignment tool and now when I run it the bearing get so hot it will boil water and its a brand new bearing. Why is this happing could my drive sahft be bent? or am I over looking something else

Are you SURE you have the alignment right? What kind of oil did you fill the cap with? Ive seen a plastic pump melt down..

Im pretty sure the alignment is correct im going to tear it apart again to check it and I used the sea doo synthetic oil in the cap other then it still being out of alignment is there any thing else that can cause this?

replace the assy, with an accordian boot/carbon seal assy?
