95 seadoo xp 800 hood

HI I'm looking for a yellow single gauge hood my xp or possibly a carbon fiber hood if anyone knows where I can find one I would appreciate it

I see one in your avatar, what's wrong with it? The yellow ones pop up here and there and mostly don't go cheap and all need a resto on them.

The guy who had it before me put the wrong screws in the front they were to long and it pushed out the plastic all along the front

Did they break thru? or just leave white marks? If there just left white marks you're going to get that on just about any yellow hood from the posts stressing. All of my yellow hoods have them. Look towards the bottom.

Damn, that sux. Just keep your eye out. They're a hot commodity when they pop up. I have 4 and won't get off any of them and if they come up and the price is in my range I sang them. But I'll let off a while, LOL.


You could try a hair dryer and try and press them back down a little with a wood dowel.
