So, we removed and sent back the blown engine of my 1994 Seadoo XP, and we were wondering how to figure out where the proper hoses go, since we removed them without marking them... (Stupid Idea)
The fitting on the bottom of the exhaust manifold feeds the exhaust outlet. The large hose on the rear right is easy since it's the only one that size. The fuel line from the fuel valve goes to the front of the carbs and the hose on the rear of the carbs goes to the top of the tank.
Ant in particular that your wondering about? Put the ones that your sure of on first and then concentrate on the remaining ones.
Did you determine why the engine blew? Hopefully you have freshly rebuilt carbs using oem parts as well as a clean tank and new fuel valve. Otherwise your engine is likely to fail like the last one did.
