94 SP Problem

Hey everybody..My kids have a old SP and 90% of the time or more it runs perfect but every now and then especially after they park it between rides and on the water sometimes too it will just want to start and quit over and over so I have to get on there and fiddle with the choke and such and pump the accelerator and I get it to go to full throttle and it runs fine again...This happens pretty frequently but after it gets going its runs great again and restarts fine till it happens again..It will always restart after this happens it just takes some time to get it going fast again..

I am thinking maybe the fuel pump may be getting bad..We replaced all the old Grey lines a couple months back..Like I say this a intermittent thing so any ideas would be great...Thanks

When was the last time you changed out the Needle and seat in the carb? Sounds like a leaky one to me.....

Well its been a long time more precisely it was never...Is this hard to do and would you maybe reccommend just putting in a whole kit? It runs great most of the time...Thanks
