94 seadoo xp carb settings

Put a new top end in the ski, bored over 1mm. Little crazy to do that but oh well. Little summer fun! Ski bogs down when trying to give it more throttle, but when the throttle is held wide open it eventually catches and takes off. Kinda like everything's burning correctly. Ski then dies off or bogs down when let off the throttle. What screw needs to be adjusted? Low speed needle? Kinda seems that's the case. Just not totally sure
