93 seadoo gtx running problem in water

Alright here it is I have rebuilt the carbs new fuel lines took it out today and ran ok for about a half a hour then started to stutter then stalled towed in hard to crank pulled rear plug then it started and ran on one cyclnder put other plug in and wouldent run help please thanks

have good/charged battery, disconnect red wire at rectifier, and/or clip the plug wires, new set of plugs...post back after these possibilities.

Did all that still same problem
