93 seadoo gts

I have a 93 seadoo gts. When i first put it in the water it starts up fine and runs good but then after i have been riding it it dies and i dont get any spark. But if i leave it sit for awhile it will start back up and run for about 10 mins then die again and no spark. I replaced the coil and made sure everything was tight but still the same problem. Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be??? Thanks

check all your connections, make sure battery is good, or that your rectifier is good. While motor run'n, rev to 5500, and check volts at battery, should be low 14-ish. Make sure, carbs are good, and have new plugs, also, clip plug wires back 1/4in.

I was reading the forum last night and seen alot about the mpem. the black/red wire so i disconnected that and it got spark is that my problem? It has a brand new battery,all my connections are tight,carbs are good and i already put in new plugs. And i also clipped the plug wires back already.

Just so i get it right its the bigger black box next to the coil right? That all the wires run into
