Hi guys,
I've got a 3 seater 1993 GTX which when up to speed, runs fine. The problem is when pulling away from a standstill. The engine ticks over fine in the water but when you open the throttle, the engine bogs down and dies. If I give the choke a quick 'pump' or two while opening the throttle, the revs pick up and we're off. If I open the throttle very slowly out of the water, the revs pick up ok, but if I open the throttle quickly, it bogs down again and dies. I've fitted a pump overhaul kit but its made no difference. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Warren
