92 gts starting issues

Ive been having a tough time starting the old gts. For one the starter dont always seem to turn motor at least not but for a turn or two then kicks out. Then when it dose turn the motor over good it seems like theres no fuel there. Ive put some gas in the plug holes and some times it cranks up. Anyway would anyone have a few pointers on where to start on this thing? THANKS

pull carbs and clean/rebuild. Replace/check the red cables and ground cable and there terminal ends.

Did it work? I have the same problem..... Starter kicks out after a a few turns of the motor.

I got a 93 gts, very hard to start sometimes...
