900 ace GTS 2017

I have a 900 ace engine in a GTS and normal it would be going 40 to 43 mph but now it is running about 26 mph. If I play with the throttle I can get it up to around 35 but it would bog back down. I’ve replaced spark plugs and fuel pump with still the same results. I’ve pulled if the throttle body and looked into the manifold air filter and it is not clogged. What can I do next
