I think GTX is more oriented toward luxury as RXT is more oriented toward performance.

Different seat and the RXT does not have the fold down reboarding ladder.

For the same price with nicer seat and ladder the GTX was a no-brainer for us. We would have immediately dropped $200 for a ladder on the RXT. We liked the graphics better too. Otherwise they seem to be the same machine. Just got it this week. One ride so far.
