**2014 sea doo rxp x 260 flush connector loose** helppp please!!

The flush connector on my Sea Doo RXP X 260 just came loose, the ski only has 3hours on it its a 2014. I was trying to flush the ski and as soon as i was tighten my hose up i notice that my flush connector had come lose, I managed to get my hose off but my flush connector has came loose, Does my warranty cover it? AND IF SOMEONE could please walk me through it on how to tighten it back up? I would really appreciate it!

Wrong area of the forum but I would gluey there is some kind of nut on the inside that came loose.

There is a bushing on the back side (inside hull) that has come loose. Just needs to be tightened. Hard part is reaching it, you need about 5 foot long arms to reach it. 2014 ski should be covered by warranty.

I just had this happen on my RXT-X-260 and what JMOATL said is exactly what happened. The inside busing backed off the threads of the flush valve. On my RXT I have an access hatch right in that spot so it was easy to reach for me. You may need an extra hand if yours doesn't have that hatch. To tighten it all you need to do is put a ratchet extension on a ratchet drive like this: and tighten it down while you or someone holds the busing inside the hull. Then if you don't have one get a quick connect adapter and flush kit, worth the money.

I would bring the ski back to dealership u got it from to have them fix it before putting any glue or anything on it and void warranty
