2013 Seadoo GTX 260 Limited IS Suspension wont appear on cluster

Hello, I own a GTX 260 Limited IS, I'm at a loss, I have been trying to figure out why my IS wont get recognized by my ski/cluster. I've tested everything according to the service manual but still can't get it to work. The ski itself runs without any issues with zero error codes, the other modules like depth and IBR work just fine as well.
I've replaced the IS module twice already (so including the one that the ski came with, it had 3 total modules). The original had a very corroded power terminal so, I replaced it and ensured that all the other connections had no corrosion.

I've checked the power input going into the IS module and its getting 12v as well as a good ground. Using a multimeter I checked the continuity from the CAN bus (in the fuse box) to the CAN module connector (6 pin connector on the IS module), for the CAN High was about 2.65 ohms and the Can Low was around 2.45ohms. Then checked voltage from CAN module connector (6 pin connector) to the ground, the CAN High had about 2.8v and the CAN Low was about 2.4v.

I'm also able to bypass module and manually lift/lower the deck by jumping directly to battery.

So overall, I've confirmed that all fuses are good, the hydraulic motor is fine, the module is fine, and I assume the CAN bus network is within spec (correct me if I'm wrong, just going off from service manual).

Lastly, I also purchased megatech BUDS. I did have to change/correct the model number to 00018DA00 through BUDS because it was originally for an RXT. But even after applying all correct changes the cluster and BUDS still don't recognize the suspension module.

My last guess would be to either bad main wiring harness, but, not really keen on replacing the wiring since it "seems" to work fine. The other guess it maybe its a programming issue. I included the vehicle pages through buds incase someone see's something that I don't. Especially since I don't know what the logistic Bytes correspond to.

Thanks!
