Decided to replace everything I can while there are still parts left. I can’t find the original gauge cluster but have had a few online shops tell me this one will work on the 2010…. SKU# 204471499

Other than the tachs having red rings it looks the same. Anyone know if it fits and works? Also, if I replace it what do I have to do to flash it and marry it? Will the dealer do it for me if I didn’t buy from them or pay them to install it? Can they come to me or do I need to haul the boat to them?

Thanks

I looked it up and the original part number is

204471539

Not sure if what you have will work or not. I just changed my cluster out in my 2012 230 with a calibrated cluster, but you still have to marry it to the ecu. I have a Candoo Pro so I was able to do it myselft.

Yea, but the one I posted says:
  • 210 Challenger S & Challenger SE 310, 2010-2012
  • 210 Challenger SE 430, 2010-2012
  • 210 SP 310, 2010-2012
Which is why I’m confused. Dealer says it is compatible. Hope they are right

Well, if the dealer says it's compatible and you are buying it from them, then they are on the hook in my opinion if it doesn't work. The number I gave you, I tried searching multiple parts sources and they stated it isn't available. I checked Vintage Parts and they don't have it either. I hope the number works for you. I too have run into problems finding some of the parts that I want to replace, they aren't available anymore.

Fiara Beede wil rebuild like new. Check the other threads. $100 per gauge but you have to send them in. These were manual gauges not digital

So both Fiara Beede and Lauderdale Speedo said they cannot help. BRP says that the newer part number, 204471499, will not work with my boat (the only thing visibly different is the red lines for the tachs) and that I need to use part number 204471539. I have seen several places say it works on the 2010, to include the BRP store on Amazon, yet BRP says nope.

I am curious who made these for BRP..... I am also curious if the lens off the newer part would fit the older one. The cluster works fine otherwise.

I hate to think that, if water gets in there, that the boat could be rendered useless.

Any ideas or other advice? I have spent hour and hours and days and days looking for one.

So I reached back out to BRP and asked them who made the cluster. Short answer was that’s corporate, secret, info and they can’t share.

Then I asked if the cover on the newer part clear cover would fit the older part. They told me to have the dealer open a case……the local dealer laughed.

Have a few more feelers count for solutions…cross fingers!

Amazon shows this fitting a Challenger-S which is a single engine. Clearly that’s wrong because the picture shows two tachometers.

I am on fricking CLOUD 9 !!!!!

Not only did my local dealer get me the LAST Bimini Top (in my color and w/tower) on earth.... I gave him a list of stuff I want to get while I still can..... one of the items on the list was the gauge cluster 204471539, which I have not been able to find on the planet.

As I am walking out....he calls my name and comes over and hands me a NEW IN THE BOX 204471539 cluster!!!! It has been on the shelf since 2019 .... so not only did I get the one part that has been stressing me out, he gave it to me for one hell of a price.

I never dreamed to ask them as it as a non-stocking part for pretty much everyone.

God Bless local dealers!!!!
