I highly doubt the extended warranty covers this. This is a maintenance item.
Off the top of my head I think it is a ~$300 job if you do the work yourself. Look up a supercharger rebuild kit at SBT, Ebay, Etc.
Ahh...this is where he is getting the "small fortune to maintain" in the other thread we have going.

There's a service here run by the site admin... you buy the parts , ship your supercharger with a check for $75 labor plus $15 shipping, he rebuilds it for you and sends it back.
I didn't look into how hard it would be to do the rebuild yourself, but I don't think ~$100 is a bad deal considering its done by a pro... and i'm sure it would cost less than a dealer doing the same thing

Dealer charges 1000 to do this. I know as I checked and bought the tools to do it myself. It is not easy if you have not messed with this kind of stuff before. I have done 2 but I used to rebuild turbos part time for a company.
Are you sure the rebuild at 100 hours recomendation is applicable to a 2010 model? From what I have been reading here in the forum, I expect it may only be applicable to the earlier superchargers with the troublesome ceramic washers. Suggest you recheck this with BRP or a 2010 shop manual before you spend money for nothing. Actually the owner's manual should have the recommended mtce schedule - mine does.
My 2009 180SE has 255HP 4 Tec with supercharger. The only Supercharger mtce item calls for inspection of the clutch after 200 hours or two years. Also the supercharger is covered by warranty (5 years extended one in my case).
Some of the old pros may wish to weigh in on this. I am a first time owner with only 1 year experience.

i think this says it allJust a warning to those who are currently under warranty. From the warranty literature:
