2006 seadoo rxt no beeps and dash won't light up

i have a 2006 seadoo rxt supercharged. I rode it last summer everything worked fine, put it away and try to start it up again, no beeping, dash doesn't come on, but the seadoo is getting power because i check it with a olm meter.I bought a brand new battery. can anyone help me and tell me what the problem is, also before last summer the jet ski started without key and beep non stop. it seams like no power to the dash, where can i start? thanks
