my 2006 has no response after 3/4 throttle and stuck at 45 mph ? brought to a dealer they changed wear ring and carbon seal ( both were not bad) and the idiots never test drove it. got it home and no change ? charged me $650 . does seem to have cavitation when hammering throttle at take off but runs great and wont accelerate or bog or nothing after 3/4 throttle. its has right key in it . any clue ? pump ? dont wanna keep letting dealer play guessing game
