2005 Seadoo GTI....Help?

every time my seadoo take on water, it dies out, but no leaks..new battery and new sparkplugs...what else can I look for?

Fuel filters can clog up if not winterized properly, so you could look into that. I almost always suggest this first when there are throttle-on power issues since I've had to many times change my fuel filter because of clogging.
