RAM is a acronym for Random Access Memory. It's refering to a problem with the ECM (Electronic Control Module) that's on top of your engine. It would be best to take it to a dealer and have them see if you have a ECU issue or if the code is being generated for some other reason. The manual states that code P0604 can possibly be caused by "electronic noise" due to non-OEM electronic parts (coils, injectors, etc.) being used on the engine.

Hope this helps, DAWG

thanks, only thing is only items that have been changed are spark plugs & selanoid which were purchased at the dealer, and yes there is a knocking noise when you put the lanyard on instead of a beeping sound any suggestions

Did you unscrew the metal tips from the new spark plugs before you installed them? If not then the coils are arcing and can cause this problem.
Also, sounds like your beeper is bad.
Do you get this code only when the engine is running or does it happen with the engine off?
DAWG

Yes I unscrewed the tips from plugs before installing.this code comes on when I put lanyard on & press set button 5 times sea doo won't stay on

I plug lanyard in instead of beeping sounds like clunking motor turns it may even stay on for a secound but then back to cluncking sound thanks for your time

So you plug on the lanyard and it starts making CLUNKING SOUND without you touching any buttons?

DAWG

yes, just like when you plug in lanyard it beeps, now it makes a clunking sound it sounds and feels like it's coming from the oil seperator,I have another identical sea doo so I switched the oil seperator and that wasn't the problem but the sound seems to be coming from that area NO beeping when lanyard pluged in don't know if that means anything, waitting on answer pls. dennis were are you:cool:
