just picked up a 2005 sea doo 3d and its having some dess key problems. tried cleaning the dess post already and didn't work. I have a candoopro unlimited and want to program a new key for it and am also gonna replace the dess post just to be safe. I already have a brand new oem dess key. problem is that there is no comm port in the ski. candoopro says that theres a 6 pin comm port to hook up to near the oil tank under the hood but for the life of me I cant find it. it says in bold red letters "DO NOT HOOK CANDOOPRO TO THE DESS POST" it must be hooked up to comm port and dess key on dess post on candoopro to power mpem.
anyone else own one and know where the comm port is on these damn things.
