2005 islandia speedo and tach not working??

I have checked and fuses are ok but.. also the tach and speedo themselves function fine just not in my boat. Any ideas would help pretty much lost here. Took it to a repair facility and they could not find the problem.

recheck the connections..?, put new ones on...
