2004 sea doo gti

Has anyone ever installed a speedometer on a 2004 Sea-Doo GTI. Does anyone know what I would need to do so.

The gauge and a CanDoo GPS module.
The better question is why? It’s only a 45 mph ski.

Get your point I guess it’s kind of a waste. Just got the ski and thought it would be nice to kind of fix it up. I do need to replace the safety lanyard but I’m not sure if it’s a non Dess or a regular Dess. Not sure what this means. It’s for a 2004 seadoo gti

It is a DESS and the lanyard is coaded to the ski’s computer. You will have to have a dealer program the new lanyard to the ski.

If just the rope part is bad you can buy just that and reuse your key end.

It doesn’t seem to want to make contact while trying to start. Once started it seems ok. I figured it was starting to wear out.
