I first thought it was the key, as the DESS key has a crack and was taped together tight, but the SeaDoo works perfectly, then a few hours later won't start. Try it again 8 hours later and it starts... no it wont at all.
Put DESS key on pole, and nothing happens - like a dead battery.
No beeping, no clicks, no dash lights, nothing.
Battery is 12.42v and newer.
Fuses all seem to be okay for the few I checked in the MPEM area.
Key appears to be in okay working order.
No clicking from starter.
When I was coming in to dock I was coming in a little fast and the front left side did bump the dock harder than I would have liked, but no damage to the PWC or anything. Seemed okay and was still running. A few minutes later it would not start. Dead for the next 12 hours, then in the morning it fired right up after applying some electric anti-corrosive spray. Ran good all day, now is dead again, cannot get it to turn on at all.
Need help badly before I have to tow it 50+ MILES for repair.
