2004 GTX 185 SC - Engine Temp Alarm

Anytime I go over 5k rpm within a minute or so I get the Engine Temp Alarm (engine temp display is usually 84 degrees or below) and have to throttle down, usually within 2 minutes alarm go off and off we go.

I can run at 4800 rpm all day long

Thoughts?....
