2003 le rfi won’t turn over to

I have a 2003 le rfi. I traded a dude for it. Took it out in water ran great temps were low. Filled it up with oil and gas. Now will not turn over. If I jump the starter relay it will turn over. When I put key in no beeps untill I press it a few times. Then I get a short beep and then a long beep. I did jump it off(I know I’m an idiot shouldn’t of done that). Put new battery in. All fuses that I can see look good. I have read that it can be the mpem. I can’t seem to find one anywhere online if that’s it. Anyone have any ideas? I’m stuck.

Also I can hear the fuel pump on when I press the start stop button.

You would hear the fuel pump when you first put the lanyard on.,,,that is when it primes.
