2003 gtx check engine

I have a 2003 4-tec seadoo gtx super charged and the check engine comes on after riding for a while. If you turn off and restart it resets and you can ride for awhile and it does it again. When I had it winterized at the dealer last year he checked it and said the only thing he could find wrong was the oil was low. I have checked the oil before every use and fill if needed so, that is not the problem. Could someone give me some help in finding out what is wrong

Unbolt the + lead from battery, let sit for awhile, then hook it back up. Maybe clear the memory..

Take it to your dealer and ask him to connect your unit to the BUDS system. There should be a record in your system of the fault codes.
