hi everyone,
having some issues with my sportster boat.
i guess it's the wear ring that it chewed up and spit out, i removed the intake grate and had a look inside, wear ring appears to be totally gone and just the white part of it is still intact.
the fiberglass in the tunnel is torn up a bit also, about 1/2 inch back from the seal.
what did i do wrong to cause this or do i have more problems in the engine compartment?
new to this type of boating and need all the input i can get from you experts.
